As a results-driven General Virtual Assistant dedicated to helping local and international businesses grow through smart sales support, efficient operations, and strong digital presence.
I work closely with business owners who need a reliable helping hand in business growth and sales — someone they can trust to handle the details while they focus on scaling.
I’ve supported multiple companies in different industries, providing hands-on assistance in sales, marketing, research, and operations.
At Blue Armadillo Exteriors, I served as a General Virtual Assistant where I managed social media content, handled appointment setting and email correspondence, performed skip-tracing, and helped coordinate operations between cleaning teams and management to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
I also worked with GolfStyle as a Lead Generation Research & Outreach Assistant, where I conducted lead research, built prospect lists, organized databases, and performed email outreach to golf businesses and retail prospects across Northern Michigan and surrounding areas.
Additionally, I worked as a Skip Tracer for InstantSource Fiber, conducting in-depth research to locate and verify business and property owner information using tools like Google Maps, Yellow Pages, Phone Verifier, and AllBiz to support their sales acquisition and marketing campaigns.
I also have experience as an Appointment Setter and Cold Caller, handling campaigns for Janitorial services, Medicare, and Timeshare accounts.
I completed my General Virtual Assistant training at DICT-FOPSCo (May–July 2021) and received BPO Training from Core Connect Services. I also pursued BS Information Technology at Camiguin Polytechnic State College.
These experiences helped me build a strong foundation in technology, communication, and business support operations.
